House under a dramatic red sky, a painting in the Nordic Town Houses series.

In the 1990's Hans Egil Saele developed a fascination for what he called nordic town houses. He had long discussions with his architect friend about the genuine architecture of the old town houses in Scandinavia, particularly Norway and Sweden.
